Stephen Buch is currently a sixth grade math teacher that enjoys creating intriguing resources for his students.  His passion and students recently guided him to this new journey of sharing his love for teaching and providing quality engaging math resources for middle school students and teachers around the world. 

Since 2009 Stephen Buch has been teaching middle school students. Most of his experience is focused around sixth grade mathematics; although, he also taught social studies and science. All Stephen’s teaching interactions and experiences revolve around the common idea that he teaches middle school students, not necessarily a subject.  With this in mind, he has developed a variety of lessons and rigorous activities that exceed or meet the common core standards, while putting students’ needs and interests first.

Captivating students by any means possible is what drives his lessons and daily teaching. Stephen Buch’s overall teaching style is eclectic and involves components from various styles to ensure his students are engaged in what they are doing. Stephen states, “If I am having fun with resources or lessons I am creating, my students are most likely enjoying what they are learning as well.”
